Goat farm Bachenbruch
Near the small town of Stade there is a small goat farm of Catrin André. She supplies us with her wonderful goat cheese, goat quark or even chevon.

For vegetables and fruits from the outskirts of Hamburg we rely on Family Timmann. Their old farm is located at the Elbe dyke in Kirchwerder and we get fresh supplies from their farm every day.

The german term "Sahne" means cream - and the Kähler family enterprise is an Hamburg institution, selling fresh milk products for more than seventy years.

Freshly baked buns and bread we get every day from the familiy bakery Pritsch´s main premises at Hofweg. Their ciabatta is famous, too.
